Hey Vault Dwellers!

Following up from Al’s OOC intro – I’m Amit and I’m bringing Peggy Carter from Marvel’s Agent Carter into the game!

Peggy is an English secret agent from 1940s America who has worked with the likes of Captain America, and has seen all sorts of bizarre things (super soldier serums, cosmic cubes, zero matter), so while she’s better equipped than some to find herself in the vault, she’s still not going to be too wildly thrilled about her new lot in life.

This is actually my first time playing Peggy, but in the past, I’ve played other comic book based characters in previous games like trans_9, thegames, maskormenace, and riverview, to name a few. I’m coming back to RP after about a year of being out of it, so I’m excited to step into a new setting with a new character.

WELCOME TO VAULT 66

 

We’re so excited to welcome you to the official game opening! Here are just a quick few points to keep in mind as we launch our first month of game.

1. As we opened later than expected, there will be no mandatory AC this month. All threads will count as bonus threads for earning caps!
2. The vault is yours to explore. Feel free to start your own logs and pip-boy posts about anything you’d like to chat about in addition to using the opening log.
3. To talk to a specific NPC, please use their comments in the opening log post for the rest of this month. If you are coming to them after the opening log ICly took place (May 13th), title your comment with ‘DAY NUMBER X AFTER POD OPENING’ to indicate that.
4. Keep in mind the current plot and exploring page!. Form teams to join up and comment to complete these tasks. While we encourage ICly playing out planning to complete these missions and doing the tasks, keep in mind no task is considered complete until mod approval is given. We’re also very open to setting up new plots/tasks that you come up with, just comment on that page.
5. Feel free to ask any question, big or small, you may have! The mod contact and FAQ pages are open, and questions directly related to game opening and the first few weeks of play we welcome here on this post.
6.  If your characters interacted in the Arrival prompt on the TDM, you are free to keep that thread as canon and continue it in the opening log, so long as both players agree.
7. Most of all, have fun! 

The next TDM will be going up on May 18th and the next app round start on May 24th. Invite your friends or think about who your second character might be!
