Hi, Vault Dwellers!
I'm Kira, bringing Zhao Yunlan from a charming mess of asupernatural science fiction romance BUDDY DRAMA, Guardian. (The adaptation ran face-first into Chinese censorship laws on a few fronts.) He's the director of the local X-Files-style "Special Investigation" unit, where he's the boss of an alien cat shapeshifter, an alien snake shapeshifter, a cranky alien goth, two ghosts, a mad scientist and the head of police's dopey nephew. This has given him a well-developed ability to roll with Weird Shit Happening.
He's still going to complain about it, though. Ew, canned food.
